We would like to take a moment to clarify our return policy to ensure transparency and avoid any confusion. At Horlar_hairglam we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. However, we have applied a return policy that restricts returns unless an error has been made at our end, specifically regarding incorrect orders.
We understand that returns are an important aspect of customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our business and the products we offer, we have established this policy for the following reasons:
1. Product Integrity: Many of our products are customized. Therefore, accepting returns would compromise the quality and safety of our products. Ensuring that our hairs/units are in perfect condition before send out is our top priority.
2. Customization: A significant portion of our products are custom-made or personalized according to your preferences. These products are specifically created for each customer, making them unsuitable for resale. Consequently, we cannot accept returns on customized items unless there has been an error on our part.
•We will not accept any returns or exchanges of any altered product, the lace has been cut off, wig has been used or restyled, wig has been taken out of it package and tampered with.
• Lace closures, we won’t be exchanging wigs made with lace frontal that the lace has been (bleached, cut, customized or tinted)
3. Fair Pricing: By maintaining a strict return policy, we are able to offer our products at competitive prices. Allowing returns on non-defective items would require us to account for potential losses, resulting in higher prices for everyone.
• All return expenses are on the clients, except the error is from our end.
Please be sure that you understand these terms and conditions before ordering either through the Website, WhatsApp or any of our platforms.
However, we want to assure you that if we make an error with your order—such as sending the wrong item or quantity, you may return it for an exchange within 2 business days with receipt—we will take full responsibility for our mistake. In these cases, we will gladly rectify the situation by replacing the incorrect item with the correct one at no additional cost to you.
